Booking Policy

Advance Notice: Standard Bookings: Please book at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Holiday and Peak Seasons: For high-demand periods (holidays, special events), we recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Standard Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will result in a fee equal to 35% of the scheduled service. Final Payment: The balance for all provided services is due upon completion of the service. We accept payments via cash, check, or electronic transfer. Late Payments: Late payments beyond 4 days of service completion will incur a late fee, and all services will be paused until full payment is received. Access: Ensure we have clear access to your home and a suitable area for grooming. Provide any necessary instructions for entry and setup. Pet Information: Provide detailed information about your pet’s health, behavior, and grooming needs to ensure a safe and effective grooming session. The client agrees that the groomer will not be held responsible for any pre-existing or underlying conditions, accidents, or injuries that may reveal themselves as a result of the grooming services provided. Matted Pets: Grooming matted pets can pose risks such as discomfort, skin irritation, and potential injury. If your pet has mats, the groomer is not responsible for any of these associated risks. Severe mats may require cutting, which could lead to a shorter coat and possible stress for your pet. We prioritize your pet’s comfort and will discuss any concerns and potential outcomes before proceeding. Emergency Contact: Provide an emergency contact and detailed instructions for your pet's care in case of unforeseen circumstances. Vet Authorization: You authorize us to seek veterinary care if necessary, and agree to cover any associated costs. Pet Behavior: Clients must inform us of any behavior concerns or special requirements. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from undisclosed behavior issues. Home Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, or damages to your home not directly caused by our grooming service.
