FAQ
Do you have a cancellation fee?
We do. This is because lots of planning and preparation goes into taking care of your pets, as well as other families' pets. In order to give everyone the time and care they deserve, scheduling ahead is key. Additionally, we make it a point to only accept the amount of jobs that we can efficiently handle, and may have had to decline other opportunities to do so. If you cancel any job within 24 hours of the requested service time, we will charge 35% of the cancelled service.
e.g. You have scheduled a three night overnight stay, and you need to change it to two nights. You will pay 35% of the total for the one cancelled night as the fee.

What happens if my pet needs to go to the vet while they are in your care?

Do you have experience with rare or exotic pets?
Yes! From birds to fish, we have experience with almost any type of pet. With every pet, we go through instructions for care thoroughly, and this is especially true when it comes to rare or exotic pets.
